New Downtown Map
- 19 brand-new missions!
- Available from HQ level 1.
- Located in the lower south region of the mission map, right above the Highway map area.


Rescue Alliance Improvements
- Finding a new Rescue Alliance: When searching for a new Rescue Alliance to join, you will find a list of 20 recommended Alliances, sorted by number of Members and activity. This means you will no longer be recommended inactive Rescue Alliances.
- Deletion of inactive Rescue Alliances: If all members of a Rescue Alliance have been inactive for 3 months, the Rescue Alliance will be removed without further warning. If you were a member of such an Alliance, you will get a notification informing you that the Rescue Alliance was closed due to inactivity once you log in to the game again.
- President: If a Rescue Alliance President is offline for more than 3 months, they will automatically be demoted to Vice-President. The highest-ranked player in the alliance will automatically be promoted to President, provided they have not been inactive for longer than 2 weeks. If the highest-ranked player was offline for longer than 2 weeks, the next player in line, based on rank and last login, will be promoted to President. You will see a Notification informing you of the change.
Example 1:
Player A (President) has been offline for 3 months -> Player A get demoted to Vice-President.
Players B and C are both Vice Presidents. Player B logged in 2 days ago, and Player C logged in 4 days ago. -> Player B will be promoted to President.
Example 2:
Player A (President) has been offline for 3 months -> Player A get demoted to Vice-President.
Players B and C are both Vice Presidents. Neither Player B nor C have logged in for 3 weeks. -> Neither gets promoted to President.
Player D is Group Leader and logged in 5 days ago -> Player D gets promoted to President.
Tasks, Merits, and Specialization Tweaks
- Adjusted the number of flags and HQ levels needed to complete the last stage of the ‘Many Flags, One Team’ and ‘Stronger Together’ merits, so they can now be completed.
- Adjusted the balancing for the Specialization Tasks.
- Added an option to unlock all Specialisation milestones through direct-purchase (unlocking through purchase remains optional).
- Removed the ‘Watch ads in the Simulation Center’-Task from the daily tasks.
- Rebalanced some of the daily tasks.
- Rebalanced the support mission-based weekly tasks some more.
Equipment Item Preview
Added new descriptions to the equipment item previews. Now the description explains what the equipment does, and not just what an equipment item is.
St. Patrick‘s Day Leprechaun

As of now, a happy little Leprechaun will dance around your garage if you have one of the St. Patrick‘s Day skins equipped!

Daily, Weekly Tasks and Merits
- Tasks & Merits – Fixed an issue where you would start with milestone level 0 instead of 1. This means all numbers are shifted by 1 upwards now. If you had merit milestone level 5, it will now be shown as 6. You did not actually gain a level; only the number displayed changed, as it falsely started with zero instead of 1.
- Tasks & Merits – Fixed an issue where the system would not auto-scroll directly to the completed task or merit after completing it.
- Tasks & Merits – Fixed an issue where the ‘Completed/Collect’ Button was not translated for all languages.
- Tasks & Merits – Fixed an issue where the collect button in the celebration pop-up had no text.
- Daily/Weekly Tasks – Fixed an issue where the time and the info-dots for the daily and weekly task reset were off by one hour.
- Weekly Tasks – Fixed some weekly tasks, where the counter would not go up when you started completing them.
- Weekly Tasks – Fixed an issue where there was no collect button when all weekly tasks were completed.
- Merits – Fixed an issue where there was an orange info-dot for an uncollected merit, even though you had already collected it via the pop-up.
- Merits – Fixed an issue where the info-dot would not disappear if you claimed all unclaimed merits.
- Merits – Fixed an issue where collecting merits was faulty.
- Merits – Fixed an issue where some players lost old Rescue Race achievements after the switch to the new system.
Chat, Languages, Texts, and Audio
- Audio – Fixed an issue where the dog handler was mute, no matter what command he gave.
- Language – Fixed an issue where Arabic text was not displayed correctly in several places.
- Language – Fixed an issue where the game would reset back to the default language after updating.
- Rescue Alliance Chat – Fixed an issue where the Rescue Alliance Chat would not be accessible to some players sometimes. This also fixes the issue where players would get the info-message that they needed to join a Rescue Alliance to use the chat, despite being part of an Alliance already, as well as the issue that they were unable to lend or borrow vehicles. (Mobile Only)
- Texts – Fixed a text error in the German description for the Jetski unit.
- Whisper Chat – Fixed an issue where the context menu would not open when tapping the player‘s name.
- Whisper Chat – Fixed an issue where the wrong sender-name was displayed.
Missions, 1v1 and Duels
- Accident caused by wrong-way driver! – Fixed an issue where a firefighter got trapped after cutting open a car near a tree.
- Attack at the airport! - Fixed an issue where the police dog would get stuck and could not return to its vehicle.
- Blaze at the hotel complex! - Fixed an issue where the firefighters would put out fires with their hand extinguishers from their vehicle, instead of walking to the fire first.
- Blaze between canals! - Fixed an issue where the Water Tender was blocking the path for the firefighters and emergency doctors on the bridge.
- Buildings on fire on the vacation island! - Fixed an issue where it was not possible to call the paramedics or use verticopters to pick up healed patients.
- Firework explosion in the canal! - Fixed an issue where an emergency doctor vehicle was requested but never arrived.
- Fuel on Fire – Fixed an issue where one of the tasks could not be completed.
- High Water – Fixed an issue where the doctor was unable to treat a victim.
- Restaurant boat on fire! – Fixed an issue where a firefighter was able to leave the mission area.
- Ship on fire in port! - fixed an issue where an emergency doctor refused to use the Adrenaline Syringe.
- Spontaneous combustion on farm! - Fixed an issue where a patient would die despite a doctor treating them.
- Terror attack at the train station! - Fixed an issue where the train wagons had a visual flaw.
- Tour boat accident! - Fixed an issue where doctors would stand in each other’s way, preventing them from reaching their targets.

- Train crashes onto freeway! – Fixed an issue where hydrants were placed wrongly displayed on the street.
- 1v1 – Fixed an issue where some of the mission maps had broken visuals.

- 1v1 – Fixed an issue where the fireplane was not available in one of the 1v1 missions.

- Boardgame – Fixed an issue where the auto roll would not restart on its own when opening and closing the dice shop.
- Boardgame – Fixed an issue where the timer for reward chests that you unlocked was wrong, if the time of the boardgame event itself was less than how long the reward chest could technically be available.
- Commander’s Showdown – Fixed an issue where a task could not be collected right after completion.
- Commander’s Showdown – Fixed an issue where the reward chests were not shown in the correct order after the event was over.
- Commander’s Showdown – Fixed an issue where the tooltip regarding the content of the gold reward chest was not working as intended.
- Elite Rescue Mission ‘Hailstorm in recreational area!’ – Fixed an issue where the emergency doctor got stuck.
- Events – Fixed an issue where switching from one event to another could cause server-wide lag.
- Lady Firestorm Missions – Fixed an issue where, for some players, Lady Firestorm missions would not spawn.
- Rescue Alliance Competition – Fixed an issue where the task to train a unit would not be counted correctly if the training time was completed without the use of a booster.
- Rescue Pass – Fixed an issue where the total number of coins was displayed incorrectly in the Rescue Pass.
- Rescue Race – Fixed an issue where the Rescue Race building would sometimes disappear.
Shop and Ads
- Ads – Fixed an issue where an ad that was not available in your individual app store would not work correctly.
- Shop – Fixed an issue where the wrong amount of orange info-dots was displayed on the shop icon.
- Tiki Bar – Fixed an issue where the Tiki Bar was still displayed in the shop, even though it had already been bought.
Other
- Airport Crash Tender – Fixed an issue where you would get unlimited amounts of Airport Crash Tender missions, even if you had not unlocked the Airport Crash Tender yet. Now, you will always only have one displayed until you have unlocked it.
- Black Screen – Fixed several issues where a black screen could occur when starting the game. If you continue to encounter this issue, please report it to the team.
- Cooling and Explosions – Fixed an issue where an object that was getting cooled would not ignite again when it was hit by an explosion.
- Depots – Fixed an issue where the wrong amount of orange info-dots were displayed on depots.
- Diver Mission – Fixed an issue where a mission requiring the Diver unit would falsely appear at HQ level 10 already.
- Garage – Fixed an issue where the Water Tender Skin was cut-off.
- Garage – Fixed an issue where the taillight of the Airport Crash Tender was not glowing from a specific angle.
- Hydrants – Fixed an issue where sometimes hydrants were missing.
- Leagues/Rankings - Fixed an issue where the 1v1 league points were no longer correctly displayed.
- Max Creative Debugger – Fixed an issue where an ad-related button could falsely appear when shaking your phone while having Emergency HQ running.
- Profile – Fixed an issue where your flag would not immediately update if you changed it.
- Quick call – Fixed an issue where sometimes the quick call unit costs were 0.
- Simulation Center – Fixed an issue where the supervisor would not appear after restarting the app after reaching level 2.
- Skin – Fixed an issue where the Winter Wonderland skin for the Police Dog Unit did not display the skin icon.
- Specializations – Fixed an issue where there was no pop-up notification if you completed a specialization task.
- Trees – Fixed an issue where the crowns of some trees disappeared. (Web Only)
- Tutorial/Account registration – Fixed an issue where registering your account during the tutorial could cause the strength of your units to be too low until the game was refreshed. (Web Only)
